JOB SUMMARY: Plans, organizes and directs the provision of medical record services. Establishes policies, procedures, standards and departmental objectives. Supervises departmental personnel and manages all functions including record completion, transmission, indexing, abstracting, coding, research, filing, storage, retrieval and maintenance. OSHA Bloodborne Pathogens Class III.
